To all my Dear Friends whom I have invited,

I hope you will witness and grace this special day with me. It might be a long time since we last chatted or met, I sincerely hope you will come and share this day of my life with me. You are important and are part of my life.

(Thought through my guestlist before inviting you... So.. come hor! haha..)

Being feeling excited and joyful as the day is coming. However, I've been feeling sad and teary when I recalled some of the friendships which are lost when I was preparing my guestlist. I know it may sound abit drama but these words are from my heart. Friends who have stood by my side and fought the good fight of faith, friends whom I had the priviledged to minister to them, friends who used to be in the same ministry as me and under the same discipleship...

To all my dear friends whom I have ministered before, I am sorry for letting you down, one way or another. BUT i know God is at work, He will see you through and be in the midst of you as I have been praying for you.

Feelings aside, what God is unfolding truly is more than what I can imagined, ask or think.. He is bringing me back to the old path, this time round.. with wisdom and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.. Not gullible anymore..

Jer 6:16

This is what the Lord says:
   “Stop at the crossroads and look around.
      Ask for the old, godly way, and walk in it.
   Travel its path, and you will find rest for your souls.

My One Year Working in Patschoolhouse Halifax

I got attracted to this line because I love kids, love their smile and love their simple heart.

To be honest, it is physically and emotionally draining for me because I was taking care of the playgroup children. They required all my attention and besides, I have to go for night class, 3 times a week. However tough and tiring the journey was, I managed to survive through my one year! Wow~~

Is by His grace and the wonderful and awesome colleagues that supported me throughout the one year (many more years).

Special thanks to Ms Serene! She gave me advice, counsel, corrected my mistakes and supported me whenever I needed help. Her hugs and concerns are genuine and I thank God for placing her in my life.

Thank you Belle and Michelle for being my level partners. :D

Thank you Jiang for being my partner. You know what, I really love working with you. You are not calculative and always supporting and helping me as a freshie. I hope that I can be able to work with you again and again and again and again. Hahaha...

Jessica!!!!!!! If you are looking at my blog, I just wanna tell you that I love the genuine friendship that we have built. Thank you for your generosity, love, advice and help. Please keep in contact, and if you want anything from Singapore, especially ba gua, let me know... Will post to you. I am looking forward to London next year Dec. Study hard, play hard and take a look at the western world for me. Take lots of pictures and we will be there SHORTLY!!!

Thank you baby for the daily dosage of love that kept me going till now. You have been my greatest support. Your advice on how to handle the kiddos and situations at work makes me think you should be teaching the kiddos instead.. Haha... Your love and patience I am learning and absorbing everyday.

My heart is so excited and yet at the same time, feeling heartache coz cannot bare to leave my parents.. I am getting married soon. Mummy and the whole family especially jie jie are more excited than I am.. They are bringing me to POH HENG to select jewels for my wedding~

As the date is getting closer, there are just so many things to plan out and execute..

A gratitude heart despite bad experiences

Used to be angry and bitter with whom I had bad experiences with, I learnt to grow from there and be thankful for all those bad experiences which made me a stronger and mature person. There's a saying, "Without the tough experiences, I will never be able to feel and be compassionate for another person" which I felt was so true. I am thankful that God has His wonderful plan, a plan that is meant for good, to give me a future and a hope. Heart is just so thankful to God that after all the bad experiences, he has blessed me with a wonderful fiance and soon to be my husband, Victor. :D
