Really am tired after a long day at work. Now my stamina is way low low.. Last time used to cheong from morning till late night, but now.. the only thing that I will do after a day at work is to go home and rest.. Probably it will take some time before my stamina comes back. Been drinking tea (logan plus red dates) recommended by chinese physician, plenty of water to keep myself stronger. Here.. found something relative to red dates from the website, "In Chinese medicine, dates are said to nourish both qi and blood. Red Dates as they nourish the blood and qi and calm the ‘spirit’."
Been wanting to quickly get back the strength but I know it will take awhile coz is barely 6 months.. Mayce, be patient!!!
